Which processor is good for big games?

It really depends on what you call big games, for the most part you should be great hosting games using an Intel E3-1230 type of system. It works great with most large 32slot Source based servers and great for Minecraft servers.
Really the only need for something else is if they can take advantage of multiple cores then a E5 system might be better for it.

Depends on the game as stated, generally E3s are the best because of their single threaded performance, but the only problem is the 32GB RAM limit, however, the single E5s (1620v*/1650v*) are pretty good for gaming as well, and obviously don't have the 32GB RAM limit.
Otherwise if you don't need the high per core performance, dual E5s would be good.

Dual Xeon E5-2643v3 @3.4Ghz with 12C/24T if you can afford it ... j/k too expensive heh

If we are talking big games like Battlefield or similar I would do something like:
16 GB RAM
Intel Core i7 6770K
1 or 2 nvidia Geforce 750 TI or 780
Actually this is along the lines of what I want to bump my current system to.
