WHMCS Support

When i used Whmcs for some time ago i guess it was ok, didnt have to wait days.

but they could have responded faster, not after 12 hours.

SInce they are such a big company, people would expect  more.

We are using Ubersmith and its work great for us, no problem in last 5years, however we also have WHMCS but we are frustrated to upgrade it every day.

WHMCS ticket response times have been decent for us.

I get my licence through vps.net so they must have their own support, as it is quite a lot quicker than when I had it direct.
