Hi, I'm currently looking for a Windows VPS with license included. Here's the specifications that I'm looking for:

Backup Server

<= $12/month

Apparently, I'm considering Winity but only one location is available currently so I need to find another one as a backup. 

But if your plan is nice then I may consider setting Winity's server as backup server instead.

Apparently that's the client's budget. So, can't really say anything since I'm "client-bounded"

If you get a license you can probably get those specs for the price but it's not really going to be worth it for any provider if they're providing the license.
