Try find a host utilising WebNX in LA, latency to Asia which I guess your looking for should be ok. Otherwise Enzu (BudgetVM) is pretty good too.

WebNX is mostly HE. We used them before and was bad for Asia. HE has huge congestion in Asia.

Yeah... as a person who is currently in Asia.

LA to Asia is crap/a lie.  I'm behind a "business grade network" and... well...  It definitely sucks.  Internally (within the country) the network is awesome, full Gbit and everything.  But once your traffic takes a step (or... I guess just leaves?) Asia it goes to... well... crap.  

Staying on topic though.  People I've used in LA area are BuyVM (LV -> LAX), Hostigation (Quadranet), BlueVM (doesn't have IPv6 though so I guess it doesn't apply to this) (ColoCrossing/Quadranet), NodeDeploy (Unfortunately they shutdown/removed their LA location).

Go ask Timmeh if he has stock, you can't go wrong with them. He's in Quadra though with their own rack(s). I have a $20/Year 128MB KVM in LAX and it's awesome although I have no use for it really, couldn't resist it (Christmas Special).

I actually have OpenVZ 128's in stock in LA for a change
