and then complaining when the VPS doesn't work (doesn't get an IP, and some other misc problems).

Yeah...dont know how those ppl get so many fraud accounts.
PayPal subscriptions used to be an issue but we have disabled them.

The pain is - how to prepare the offer which can battle with the biggest game players on the market ?
I think the only one thing can winn with them - treat all customers very special and individually - but it`s not easy stuff - especially with clients without any technical knowledge and very big imagination

We are a fairly new provider (been about 2 months) but haven't had a single chargeback. But i will take that as a luck. Other than that the problems with a new provider is getting new clients / advertising in a budget and also using the funds you got efficiently
