Nothing stopping you from controlling the entire system.  The hardware itself is worth more than $100 but I'm reaching out to the budget market.  I've thrown in the fully managed service as a free extra.

There isn't really a price for unmanaged.  I'm available 24/7 (PC/Phone) hence the fully managed.

Only provider I've used that provided WHMCS as an addon was WiredTree, no good if you're looking for budget though.

Depending on the cost of the actual hardware paid and the colo cost per month, it's hard to judge how much it should be offered at.

IMHO side menued designs are an off putter for me.  I prefer a straight down, slick design.  Good luck with the sale.

I can't imagine 35 minutes being useful for anything unless it's a quick DDoS, SPAM bot or some kiddie thinking they could hack it. Suppose it makes a good trial motive?

If you're not editing or adding links super often then I'd suggest a CMS like Wordpress or Joomla.  Otherwise just a standard .html file would suffice.
