I cooked a meatloaf for the first time tonight.... and the results? AMAZING. Second slice even better than the first. Meatloaf with goatcheese, spinach and rosemary. Inside the meat is onion, and diced red and jalepeno peppers and garlic.

I just turn my desktop/workstation PC off when I clock out of work, and the rest of my usage consists of using my laptop. I used to keep my workstation PC on 24/7, with a month or so between reboots... lot of wasted time when I only need it for 9-10hrs a day.

Linux on a tablet seems a bit laggy. I'd almost rather just run the Android OS with bluetooth keyboard/mouse and use apps, but I'm paranoid about a lot of 3rd party apps and other random features. For that reason, I'd really prefer sticking with a non-tablet solution. :)
