We have ours through eTollFree.net they're pretty cheap. You can route it to Skype, PBX or to another number. Cheap and reliable.

I'm sure you can contact some of the providers here and tell them exactly what you need and one of us can provide you with a quote and you choose the best one from there. I think all VPS providers will have shared cpu cores.

I don't think that there is an addon or module yet with WHMCS... Think that they should be working on one soon...

We normally use the Central time zone since we're based in Louisiana. I might start using another format though. Might make it easier.

I think this is the proper way of doing it. I think 90% of the providers and users here are willing to donate something or purchase ad space. Just keep it affordable for everyone even the smaller providers. I know I'm willing to help out as much as I can without any request for special treatment...

The price was yearly. But they offer a monthly payment plan to pay off the $150 or however much it was. I'll find out more tomorrow.
