We also use hipchat, and this is a totally different thing to Tinychat.
Tinychat focuses on more the old AIM-style chat, and is commonly used for video and voice chatting purposes. Hipchat lacks this feature and is also not self-hosted (they require a purchased plan, but free up to 5 people).
Sweet!
http://i.imgur.com/BzaDWJN.png <- I had this issue
Weird though maybe it was just the way my browser rendered it, because once I pressed F12 for the code console it went away.
Overall, the general things I used paste.ee for works flawlessly :)
I just wish there was an automatic way...
Update:
So, I contacted Vultr about the issues in related to the routing. I received a simple "Thanks for letting us know, I'll forward this to the networking team".
At my work-location it still routes to the US then back to Japan, but from my home now it routes straight to Japan (with 40ms...
Dang! That's some serious money and a serious project! Definitely looks like it'd be a great project though!
I kinda just can't wait until it's out already. I just want it right now.
I'd say HostVirtual (vr.org) as a pretty good alternative for iwStack. Love those guys and the work they do. I used to have a few of my VMs on their network, some pretty great stuff came with it.
If I recall it's true cloud (don't recall which stack they use though) with a custom panel...
It should have automatically setup IPs, but just in case it hasn't...
Try this:
Go into /usr/local/vesta/bin/
These are all the scripts VestaCP uses (from the web interfaces). I'd probably say start by messing around with this (maybe run v-update-sys-ip?) and go from there. I can't really...
Datashack (45/month)
BurstNET (not really)
Dacentec (30/month)
VolumeDrive (ha right)
The common colos (not sure if they're that cheap) are Colo@, AtlanticMetro, Choopa, Continuum, and HostDime
Oh man....
This totally reminds me of the days when I used to play with breadboards and circuits. Love this @wlanboy ! Now all I need is another breadboard and all the additional Raspberry Pi stuff!
Hm... well I haven't really looked into it but meh. I would have requested it to be linked to the specific account instead of putting it just in front of it ;)
Also thanks
Also, I'm double posting but, why is the invite code setup like how it is? (I believe invite code is used only once and then the IP is whitelisted? Or a cookie is set or something?) I tried to activate my account from a different IP and it was met with the same beta screen.
Looks decent!
One issue is that when I was putting in a test dedicated server I entered a BS control panel link ("there is no panel for a dedicated server?"), then pressed save. I got a warning saying to enter a valid URL (in reality why would this even be required?). So I added a BS URL...
