There is no doubt in my mind that your code will be sold/given away elsewhere once you release it. There are people out there who will use a hacked Paypal account, get the code, and give it away online. My advice is focus on paid support verses a paid product. Offer a demo/trial (14-30 days?)...

I made the comment on IRC that the easiest way to be unique in the VPS market is to not be hosting in a CC data center, it looks like it's even easier to be unique by not being own by CC.  :lol:
