Running a web based terminal (ssh)

Interesting.  It says it needs Java but are we talking server-side or client-side? (sorry I did kinda end up just skimming it)

    Windows System Administrator

Hm. Interesting.  Unfortunate Windows isn't compatible with my potato.  Maybe I should put an embedded device that'll be powered by a potato? Joking aside.  I recently have a very small-scale deployment in my house (fraternity house?) for fiddling purposes.  We have three Windows machines that...

    1U VPS Node for sell

Personally I don't think that's bad for the price.  I mean it's a pretty beefy 1U server (filled up on RAM and hard drives, plus a raid card (no BBU though which is kind of a bummer)).

XVM Labs - $5/year VPS is back!

Lets say I'm brilliant and I clicked on the order button twice, and in the end just decided to pay for the two VMs just because. Any possibility of combining the two VMs into one 1GB VM?

Spamhaus. A good or bad force in the industry?

I'm pretty sure most of his sources are simply rage posts from other individuals on the internet.

    Windows System Administrator

Hey all! So we are all familiar with Linux and Linux System Administrator work.  That's all fancy and dandy, but in a more corporate environment most user hardwares (and often more critical systems) are Windows based.   How's Windows System Admining?  What experiences do you have to share for...

    Do you have health insurance?

Just putting it out there.  Health is the category of which the care is addressed.  It's not actually addressing the status of your.... body?  Therefore it's called Healthcare :P In relation to the overall thread, yeah I have healthcare.  South Korea does have universal healthcare for basic...

    Need a new keyboard

People might dislike me for this but... Dell L-100 Keyboard. I got one free a while back and I've actually really enjoyed using it.  Right now, I'm away from my desktop but I also bought a Dell L-100 keyboard from the local salvage shop for 5 dollars and will soon be cleaning it up and using...

Only sending certain traffic over a VPN?

This is possible by setting up static routing.  For example, this is how I edited my OpenVPN config file for Pandora, Netflix, Fox, and Hulu. http://paste.ee/p/hbHSb Of course that isn't 100% right, but it's enough to make it work.   You can also set it up via DNS as a form of proxy.

    Raspberry Pi Model B+

Huh.  To be honest I never used the audio port on my raspberry pi so I didn't know it was that big of an issue.  Well should be interesting to see what else can come out from it then!

    Raspberry Pi Model B+

So what are the applications of the improvements or changes from Model B and Model B+?   I mean you have more pins now (almost double) but as an individual who never really used the pins on my RaspberryPi to begin with, what additional application does this bring? Could you clarify on the...
