It's a good rule. Hostigation is one of my favorite companies and I don't think I've ever had issues with my service that was a result of some asshole abusing theirs.
Got another panel installed today. The bottom two are currently not in use and are just some HarborFreight 15 or 20w panels that I'm going to use to charge a small battery bank up for backup backup power. The top two are 100w Renogy panels and are connected in parallel to a battery bank that I'm...
Going to install this tomorrow. Got a new pure sine waver inverter and have had a second 100watt panel sitting in the box for like six months now that I need to install. Going to use this to power my RPI and some ham radio gear for now. Trying to get stuff done before storm season. I usually...
I've been playing with SPLAT a bit lately to create predictive area coverage maps for some amateur radio stuff. It's a wonderful tool, made even greater with use of some bash scripts that a reddit user has created.

SoonTM

I've not had cable in years, I never watch TV and have no real interest in any of the 'cord cutter' devices but my father recently cut the cord and bought a Roku and maybe a couple other various similar products. Between those and Netflix, he's pretty happy and it's saving him a noteworthy of...
I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone here a happy and prosperous New Year. Be safe in your celebrations and best of luck to you and everyone in 2016 whether you're a business owner, a end user of servers or anything in between. May 2016 be a good year for you.
Never heard of WhatsApp before, then again, I'm behind on the times. Looks like a text messaging app? Could they still just use the stock/default messenger on their phones or any number of alternatives like the one you linked to?
