BlueVM sold / change of ownership? (UPDATE 5/14: Now owned by ChicagoVPS)

Yeah, he tried it on us.  Positive IP match from his prior logins as a client.  Fabozzi confirmed the same IP trying to pull the exploit on CVPS as well.

    PayPal Micro Transactions

US will do this as well - Micropayment accounts are the sole exception, and it's typically best to ask first to be on the safe side.

BlueVM sold / change of ownership? (UPDATE 5/14: Now owned by ChicagoVPS)

If it was actually just 'testing it', he would've stopped at one provider, and not gone on to try and exploit others as well.

    PayPal Micro Transactions

Heh, if only things were that simple. But no, I'm not releasing the source, so I won't be explaining the specifics on how it works either :P

    PayPal Micro Transactions

Correct on the former. No issues on the bank accounts though - you can tie the same bank to both.

    PayPal Micro Transactions

Like many hosts out there, the bulk of our recurring payments come in via PayPal.  And like most hosts that sell some of our services at decently low pricing, we've never been a fan of PayPal's fees taking a noticeable chunk out of the incoming payments. Standard PayPal fees are 2.9% + 0,30$...

    RMA Never Felt So Good

If you've been with us more than a few months, you no doubt remember the repeated nightmares we went through with the repeatedly failing Seagate drives in our original Las Vegas Storage nodes.  After Fran went to Vegas to do all of the hardware upgrades, these horrible Seagates were packed up...

    SolusVM 2

Does special characters in the root password still let a regular user break free of 'sanitation' and acquire root on the master node?

Why Don't Providers Do This One Simple Thing ... To Make More Money?

An actual discount wouldn't really be possible without a complete re-write of the invoice pages.  But it would be trivial enough to credit the account in question a percentage or flat rate when payment was made with a particular gateway.

    The cesspit / chat thread.

Sigh.  Head down to the fleet shop this morning to cut up some 1/2" angle, doing some modifications to my gun rest.  And this happens. Cut right through its own damn housing.

    What's for Lunch?

What is your favorite forum / community software?

Adblock/Noscript maybe?  There's few sites I visit with a GUI browser, so I run neither of those.  Unless @MannDude broke it in an update, but the autodrafts were working fine when I wrote that 'doing it wrong' piece :P
