I am investigating but no luck as of yet, The only way tunneling would work would be by tunneling on the host node and then manually assigning Ipv6 (openVZ :S). But I can not find any specific info on nyc tunnel from He as of yet. Newark is CT btw :P I will update your ticket if I have any update.

According to DC, they should have v6 completely up in next 2 mo. Wished tunneled v6 was an option but the latency :( Thanks for the mention though :). We have a lot of things going on behind the scene and will have some fresh things up and live soon :)

I know it might not exactly per your budget but you will get better bang for the bucks but you might want to get multiple small vps and setup your own redundant mail server.
