Interesting results. I sure love that they've been focusing on performance. I hope developers don't get lazier however, and simply make crappier code now instead of optimizing it...not that many devs actually optimize code anyway.

Are you able to manage the VPS-backend yourself or do you need a host to help you with that? The only host I know of which will help you run your own VPSs is HostDime.

It's always best logging into one of our customer's VPSs which are all CentOS, only to see apt-get commands in /root/.bash_history

Virtuozzo 7 can run both traditional OVZ containers + KVM. I have not messed with it much. Solus supposedly supports it now.

It's all relative. How powerful is your node? What's your target VPS/node ratio? What do your terms say? Is it a spike that will go away, or a client that constantly uses excessive resources?

In that case it can be whatever you want :) All I'm saying is, if you wanna monetize it you'll have to give up the only exotic part ;)

Well it probably doesn't help that @Licensecart comes off as very stand-offish frequently attacking members in one of his vendor's forums for asking simple questions. That sort of behavior doesn't exactly attract new customers...
