Blesta 3.5 is going to do a lot to even the playing field and in many areas put Blesta even farther ahead of WHMCS.

From a sysadmin standpoint the containers themselves are just like OVZ.  Parallels has a few extra utilities within Virtuozzo but it's not enough to justify the cost anymore.  I'm strongly anti-Parallels.  Licensing is horrible.  Support is horrible.  Products are horrible. KH does use VZ...

We use pfsense in our office (NOT datacenters) and it works alright. We don't use it bonding, we use it in a failover scenario. The GUI is pretty intuitive and it's packed with features.

The whole "for 24/7" argument is invalid. We're 24/7 and our office in Amercia is staffed all 24 hours of that. There are tons of people out there who prefer night shifts to day shifts.

A friend of mine has one and she loves it. I played around with it and it was pretty neat.

You're right we do and we just recently finished migrating/upgrading two of our three facilities about a year ago but should the need ever arise I'll keep ya in mind ;)

Firefox primarily across devices.  I have Chromium installed as well.  Linux desktops here so no IE unless I boot into the Windows partition that I never use :p

Sadly I never could find anything good a few years ago, so we have a single Windows box in our office to run our cameras.  We use a software called BlueIris and it's *awesome* for PoE IP cams!
