I get those in the mail all the time.  In most cases, the return envelope is pre-paid. Just shred the form (leave out any personal portions) and fill the envelope with the shredded mess and send it back, let them foot the bill  :)

You know that I would not mind absorbing the cost of the forum, I think I told you this once before. 

It is definately not something for every day use, it seems a bit buggy. Gnome 3.8 has not exactly hit the stable branch do this is expected. The newer features are tighter integration with Google Docs and some visual changes

I am personally a huge fan of Gnome 3/Gnome Shell. I have just upgraded from Gnome 3.6 to Gnome 3.8 this morning.

I personally have no intentions of going back. CC has lied on several occasions as to their part in the ownership and has denied that ChicagoVPS has any part in the operations. I can handle downtime, I cannot handle being lied to.
