The issues you described are not acceptable at any hosting provider, regardless of whether EIG owns it or not. Why is the rating so high for issues that should have been fixed on the first go-around? For the issues you explained, few would rate as kindly as you have.

For a while I had a physical copy of this "guide" on my desk - it's 10 pages of the WHT kool-aid, explaining how keyword alerts work, something about the badge, and some other useless stuff. It's light on information and heavy on the word count.
