@Dillybob, it may also behoove you to look into some active WHT members with dubious history. Some have gotten away with shilling after some pretty damning evidence.

The "proof" is weak at best -- it's really just a list of accounts that I know for a fact have been beneficiaries of this "coupon code". It's really a matter of listening to some of the trusted souls here who can confirm this stuff / already did

Agree entirely. Corporate membership is bogus, and many get it for free (Jon included). I have issues with their moderation that go back 5 years. Hands down they have a problematic and entitled approach.

Real brands (read: not GVH) do have brand representatives and people in charge. But GVH, well, we all know about Jon's title fetish. One of these days I'll go through the entire GVH history and make a changelog of his titles

Thanks for the insult there. Your refusal to contact them through phone and use only your preferred method of contact really says a lot about the priority of customers' concerns, even if it is just a single customer.

Why not just call and get the issue sorted?  Doesn't make sense to force your customers to wait for 2 weeks just because you don't want to pick up the phone or because of a personal vendetta.
