Pretty much what Aldryic said, you're asking for a lot in return for little cash. I did something very similar for my Eve Online corp by writing an auth site and tying it into ejabberd. It was quite a bit of work to initially code, test, and work out all the bugs.

Playing a wizard with some old friends, pretty fun so far. The game is a HUGE improvement over when it first came out and the current devs have been quick to release fixes and updates.
