The offers are for different section of the forums.  We've done the same in the past too, one for Colo, one for Dedi and one for VPS. I don't see a big issue with that since they are different offerings. However I am unsure about who owns whom and the rules on that.

The CPU's for the HP are : 2 x Quad Core X5560  For the Dell I believe it's: 2 x Quad Core X5450   We can work out something for bulk traffic , just get in touch with what you need. The server is a HP Proliant DL160 G6 which accepts up to 4 x .3.5 Inch SATA Drives.
