Can you see the hard drive in the bios (boot menu)?

    100Gbps / 140Mpps DDoS protection! Layer 7 and all Attack Types included - X4B.Net

@Nett I guess so, the layers of filtering aren't completed on VPS servers. Not that I have anything against VPS servers for the right jobs (Layer 7 pattern matching is scaled out on VPS via a cloud provider).

X4B Announces 100G Anycast based protection

No Voxility in the network at this stage, I don't think they have PoPs with filtering in Chicago or Denver either. From Layer 7 to Network level mitigation, the mitigation systems used all all levels for the 100G services are in-house. I don't think it would be possible to offer reasonable...

    100Gbps / 140Mpps DDoS protection! Layer 7 and all Attack Types included - X4B.Net

@Nett Normally we don't give out test IPs, since repeatedly they have been "stress tested" which is a gross waste valuable resources. But anyway, lets see how this goes. Here is a Chicago IP: 104.37.246.94 EDIT: Fixed the IP, sorry.

What Temp do you Expect From a L5420

100 degrees should be awfully critical! From what I can see, I wouldn't consider it normal given what I have seen with our L5520's (which should be hotter I think).

X4B Announces 100G Anycast based protection

@drmike There isn't much literature on the Anycast nature of the services offered yet, I am holding off on writing too much as some of the planned features aren't too far from implementation :) Once we sit down and work out timeframes on the next stages I'll know my priorities a bit better. In...

We will, we will DDoS you...

I suppose Vpsboard might have hit a DNS Query limit if it was DNS targeted. The dude will probably publish an attack postmortem once everything settles I guess.

X4B Announces 100G Anycast based protection

For those curious the kinds of real world attacks we have mitigated (with testers or early adopters) in the last couple of days. These readings have been taken at time of initial detection.   Attack #1 - NTP & DNS Amplification against a TS3 server Filter PoP #1: Incoming Bandwidth rate...

Hi all, We at X4B.Net are pleased to announce the public availability of Anycast based remote protection services with a 100 Gbps/140 Mpps protection limit. 100Gbps / 140Mpps DDoS protection! Layer 7 and all Attack Types included - X4B.Net

Its 100G Anycast time! As some people are aware, we at X4B.Net have been testing 100Gbps/140Mpps (Anycast powered!) services for a quite a while now.   To make up for delayed posting and that I didn't get testers from VPSBoard as some people were hinted or promised there's a pretty epic coupon...

We will, we will DDoS you...

Welcome back VpsB :) I think Mann removed the A's to let the IPs cool off (if its DNS targeted). That and apparently both servers are being targeted with 20G+. Rage4's been online without issue from what I can see.

Perhaps a limit increase system where you apply to get the limit raised (show eligibility)? What do ARIN say?
