I am sorry to disappoint you, but this is not security. Only allowing ssh logins for 5 seconds every minute only reduces the risk from bruteforcing by a factor of 12.
It is much better to just allow ssh from only a handful of static, trusted IPs. Filter everything else.

Well, disk caching is there for a purpose and is used in real world situations. You are trying to bypass the disk caching with your artificial benchmark, but this is not a real workd usage scenario.
