Saw this in a YouTube video tonight that talks about world news.

With what happened in EU and the right to be forgotten. Could we be looking at a lot more censorship?

I have adblock enabled and they still played, so glad chrome shows what tab is playing audio.

I read the title of this as Chicago Launches Campaign To Control The Internet and I thought it was a CC thread. I had to do a double take and read the title again. My eyes must be getting bad. I would not put it past them though to try a stunt like trying to take over the internet though.

Back on topic, if China is actually trying to do this then good luck. It has been tried before by bigger and badder and they have failed. It will take someone with a lot more clout and bigger guns to get the job done.

If clients want to bypass content filtering they would use a vpn, you can only filter so much before someone uses a method to bypass the security of the country trying to impose its views.
