I'm looking for Cheap dedicated servers not in / at WSI or the bay area, CA.

I need about 5TB of bandwidth.

quad core would be nice.

4 gigs of ram.

2 IPs.

250 HD.

Um @Mun, Not really trying to be a dick here, but first, you titled this "Good Dedicated Server Providers" then in the Op  specify you are searching for CHEAP servers with limitations.  I am pretty sure this thread already includes a lot of this, and is named correctly for what it is.  This thread is pretty much a useless dupe?  However, if this is a personal request, how about movin git to the Requests section under offers?

I don't think OVH does special offers other than the "serveurs bons" in France sometimes.  Mine are through ovh.us and the regular prices are already super low.  I'm completely happy with them for quiet personal use.  I'd be leery of doing anything like VPS hosting on them because of OVH's notorious low tolerance of stuff like inbound DDOS, which any edgy clients or content will tend to attract.  My stuff burns a lot of disk space and CPU but has a very low network profile.

@mun - Depending what you are looking to do with it, I'm looking to colo a couple more servers and I may be able to do a cheap dedi or VDS with those specs.
