We're looking for an experienced individual who would like to join a fast-paced hosting environment.

 

Qualifications

* Administration experience with Linux (primarily CentOS, however other flavors are occasionally used).

* Administration experience with Windows server.

* Experience administering SolusVM, WHMCS, cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, KVM, Xen, and OpenVZ

* Great communication skills. English should be your first language.

 

 

Bonus Points

* Experience with Cisco and HP switching.

* Marketing experience (WHT, local marketing, etc).

* Previous experience with reselling hosting or operating a hosting company.

* If you're located close to one of our datacenter locations (Roseburg, OR, Los Angeles, CA, Monticello, IA, Las Vegas, NV, Charlotte, NC).

 

 

Duties

* We have some large IP projects coming up, in which you would be a key member.

* Respond to and resolve trouble tickets efficiently and with proper documentation.

* Escalate issues or potential issues to higher-ups.

* Respond to support requests via live chat.

* Monitor and administrate our network and systems.

 

Location

* We prefer the US, Canada, Australia, or the UK.

 

Pay
