I just want to say that tawk.to is the best live chat software I've used. After paying about $70/mo for LiveChatInc, I was really quite sick of it as it lagged and its visitor information and tracking wasn't that great.
Tawk has a nice iPhone app, and I would pay for it (not sure why they're doing it for free, but I thank them!).
