I do believe that this fits the hosting industry as it offers security for all businesses and their networks :)

SolidShellSecurity, LLC is now a proud partner with ESET.com and because of that, we can resell licenses at discounted prices. ESET is backed fully by SolidShellSecurity, LLC and is used by all our businesses that we manage which includes some INC 5000 businesses.

In order to provide you with the best quote possible, please e-mail us or send me a PM with your needs/desires and what you want to secure, and we will work out a custom quote which will be cheaper then going to ESET directly.

BONUS: Because SolidShellSecurity, LLC stands behind ESET fully, we also provide support for the product and all services relating to it.

For more information:
http://solidshellsecurity.com/_forms/ESET_ENDPOINT_SECURITY_INFORMATION.pdf -- This will explain the protection and security from one of our most popular selling licenses.

For those asking why you have to be US:

Due to how ESET opperates, they assign districts. We are only allowed to sell to people in the US and are one of the few people allowed in the SE region of the US to be allowed to resell licenses.

As a member of VPSB. Mention that for special discount pricing.

Nice, but doesn't really make sense where the key sold is being use. But hey, I'm sure they have good reasons not to.

It's basically about territory ownership I think. Basically, they probably don't want people taking over other businesses clients or something of that sort? It wasn't exactly easy getting into the program, but hey, the software is good and sells so worth it. They actually gave us some nice compliments.

But a funny story, about a month ago, had a big business buy a nice package so I go in and install it, and all the employees start asking about it and asking what I thought was the best, that day I was an ESET salesman. Pretty much had every employee sold lol.

Yeah, makes sense. I use NOD32 myself, but with a "borrowed" license.

I picked up a copy of bitdefender for the wife's laptop during their black friday or xmas deal, I can't remember.  Subsequently installed it on my desktop.  Honestly forgot it was there.

Congratulations though that is a pretty neat thing to be able to resell, imho.

Back when I was doing IT consulting we pushed AVG for the longest time and then AVG pushed that horrible update that b0rked a bunch of machines.  Would no longer boot.  LOL.  Moved to MSE after AVG and to be truthful, MSE was great for a while.  But alas, I do not oversee virus clean up any longer so hehe :) YAY!

Thanks Phil!

Most of our businesses and clients we work with we end up removing AVG(ughhhhh and eww). MSE we used for awhile but it was also a complete joke like McAffee and some others.

Never used BD but ESET and Kaspersky have been the only protection software I've ever used or found good.
