    Competitive Pricing?

So his idea is ~$4/GB KVM?  :) Well if education / relative experience, guess that's a good pursuit.  It's not business viable. $4 = 1GB of RAM and 80GB of disk chewed up and out. 5GB + 400GB disk @ $20/mo 8 threads per = 16 threads in sales pool - it's a dual quad. If 48GB box = $192...

    Server List

Necro' threads like this all you want.   They are useful and reminded me yet again I need to get such implemented myself.  This is another "reference" thread we need to find a moderated library collection to place it in here. Looking forward to what you come up with @ksubedi.  Kudos to you for...

    Competitive Pricing?

Sure, anyone can offer anything.  It is an unregulated market. This is really a topic that would get better input on Lowendtalk.com. That I guarantee.

Hostrail / BUDGETGEEK TELECOMS LIMITED allegedly hacked

Oh no, we don't do skids and teenagers around here, at least knowingly.  Hell I even slap folks pimping them as staff, unless the "owners" are their same aged peer group.  We are alright with the grown a bit borderline researcher / academic pursuer.  Straight up screen sharing open terminals and...

Hostrail / BUDGETGEEK TELECOMS LIMITED allegedly hacked

I find it surprising that kcaj is being implicated.  I always found him to be alright and above board. I have to go give my eyeball time to Lowendtalk to get caught up.   Riveting man opera. @DomainBop, you just have to stop it.  I give you thanks every day :)   Right about access doled out...

I don't think Stripe has any fraud protection.  It likes taking invalid stuff and rubberstamping it as fine.

UnixBench :( I always look at those and go huh? :) Unsure how accurate UnixBench is on ARM platform stuff. Assuming it isn't real suitable for it. "I've got heatsinks on the Pi and can place it somewhere nice and cool to keep it at a safe temperature." I have a place approaching absolute zero...

    clamhost.com - bad billing practices

They are buried in there :)  I waste time finding them each and every time I go pruning during audit.  PayPal doesn't want folks finding them. At last check there is no mass disable either.  It's tedious and time consuming if you have multiples in there.

@KuJoe being a sweetheart. That's the spirit! The new quad Pi looks good on numbers all except wifi throughput, which is not relative to my use.  I care about wired NIC. Lower power, faster.  Yeah ordering one.

Yeah it would.  To think someone sent me a blog style post about upcoming WHMCS release prior to this hack-a-roo.   My math has known vuln floating.  Only way I'll see it is from data dumped. Those dumping things, send your friend drmike a copy for his analysis.

    clamhost.com - bad billing practices

The PayPal autobill stuff irks me to no end.   I mean no one makes that extremely clear when a customer opts in.  Even stupid little me once in a while ends up in such.  When I see that (I audit PayPal every few months), I cancel the autopay and the service. Autopay is ideal for smacking...

    Favorite current Linux Desktop OS

I am with you on this new OS need.  Mint is hit or miss for me.  Upgrade stream and new install historically turned me off.
