So angry customers, sure, they are out there.  Some folks have been dropped for basket of reasons, including staff fubars.  That staff won't be involved after the deal is done.  A bunch of the abuse folks will be shed one way or another (clearly an issue in GVH land), abuse won't be tolerated...
