This is a funny way to reserve space. I've never been worried about HDD space on any nodes, I'm not sure why anyone would oversell HDD.

Yeah, Troy was rated one of the lowest crime city's at one point I believe. http://www.areavibes.com/troy-mi/crime/ They don't really have any DC's in downtown Detroit anyways. Also the Troy, DC I'm at you can't even get into the lobby without being buzzed in.

I think SolusVM should have made something like this instead of re-themeing the client area. A ton of their clients use WHMCS and would've loved it. 

You would need to make sure all of your staff have SSH access to turn it back on when needed though, or manually control the VPS's.
