I certainly wouldn't call that the best. The best to me would be the "most fun" and you haven't experienced fun unless you've played "paper boy" on the C64. Man that was a blast!  Anyone remember the Geos operating system? That was my first real experience with a GUI.

In the cases where chat is not sufficent medium and a client requires a ticket we either direct them to our helpdesk or create a ticket for them. I believe there is still a certain satisfaction in knowing their issue is known and being addressed by live "humans".

Indeed. Cpanel and WHMCS are both quality products. Quality products cost. It's like asking for a new ferrari for the cost of a kia. Not gonna happen unless there is a catch.
