We've used Superbiiz, Clark @ Orange Sky, Amazon and a local vendor in Chicago for our hardware.

Recently we had a pretty bad experience with Superbiiz getting some HW to us, but in general all these guys are good.

Is there a supplier similar to SuperBiiz/MaLabs in terms of pricing when ordering parts and not pre-build systems? SuperBiiz has been hard to work with on a recent order and we're wondering if theres anyone comparable.

We use ASI and Malabs for all our hardware needs.  Malabs doesn't deliver to DTLA so we don't order from them on a regular basis.

I think that new parts for production use is the best solution.

However some provides the used parts with warranty - it might be low-cost option.

We are using the Dell HW mostly for hosting, and the service in Europe seems to be working quite good.
