    Best free DNS hosting?

Their web frontend might look outdated but the underlying service is rock solid. FTFY Seriously, though, while I have used HE.net DNS and agree that the service is good, the interface leaves so much to be desired that I've decided not to continue using them.

What are features you as a client want to see

OK, well if a /64 is unreasonable, I at least wish SolusVM didn't hand out completely random IPv6 addresses. Why not consecutive, or in the same /112? Oh wait, now I'm changing the subject again. Let's put it this way then: is there any way for providers to hand out IPv6 addresses like that...

    HostKVM - Virtual Machines for Developers [ $0.00 ] - MannDude Approved

In my justification ticket I requested a location that had IPv6, as I need it for my project. Still haven't received a VM :( And as @vanarp mentioned, all the placeholder stuff does make this look less than professional. Also, it seems BoxBilling doesn't e-mail you for ticket responses - weird...

What are features you as a client want to see

Somehow this has changed from "features you'd like" to "how to create and maintain a good company image". So to get back to the original point, let me say that I would like to see more providers giving the option of handing out a IPv6 /64*. What's that, SolusVM doesn't support it? Well then get...

By far the funnest way to do it :P

DDOS Protection - East Coast - coming soon - thoughts?

You did not, that's what it said. Too bad, although I can well imagine that price tag is more realistic and sustainable.

Eric Hocking, Johnathan Snyder scamming company - FrenzyHost Network LLC

RocketSlice caught my eye. I was in with a group of folks some time ago operating under the name of "A Small World Networks", as well as a guy from the Philippines named Liam Demafelix. There's a bunch of them that go around opening up P2H "free cPanel hosting", getting some clients, then...

    New BlueVM Design

I'll say this for it: it's better than the old one. I've seen better, and I've seen worse. I agree with @:

One last koding.com invite - who wants it?

Thanks @wdq, I'm in and now have three invites as well.

I have placed my order and opened the ticket. I'm very interested to see how this pans out.

    Sleeping hours

Funny you should post this now. I'm doing an all-nighter tonight for a church youth group event :) Usually though I go for 8 hours a night, but I can get by easily enough on 5. Sometimes I even do better on 5 than on 8.

    phpMyAdmin Security

I have a dynamic IP too, but it doesn't change very often, maybe once a week. So when it does I SSH in and change the allowed IP. chmodding works too I suppose.

    Anti-anti-spam measures

It depends on how you obfuscate your address. If you were to do something like "[jonathan] AT [gmail] DOT [com]" or [jonathan] @ [gmail.com] it would go through correctly. Only if you make the @ in to a lowercase word does it break.

WHMCS 5.3.0 BETA release - Bug fixes?

I will say this: when a host has a standard WHMCS/SolusVM setup, I certainly know what to expect from start to finish in terms of buying and setting up a new VPS. Different panels do give a sense of freshness, but you have to figure out how to get around them to do the stuff you want to do. I'm...

[OpenVZ] Los Angeles, New Jersey, France - SupremeBytes, LLC - Starting at $4/monthly

I tried coupon code pinecone and received the error that it had expired. Also, could you please confirm that you have IPv6 in New Jersey? Could you link to the website of the datacenter there please?

WHMCS 5.3.0 BETA release - Bug fixes?

Sadly, too many other projects right now, not least of which is college. :P As you said, it sounds easy, and as I said, I know the individual pieces are. It's just fitting them together well I'm not sure I could pull off. I'm curious to see what providers who end up using it think of jhadley's...

    MySQL Issues

I haven't done the dist-upgrade yet, I'm sure that will make the upgrade go through. I just don't want to because as @TheLinuxBug mentioned, there may be upgrade issues which I'll want to look in to first. Thanks for the help, both of you.

WHMCS 5.3.0 BETA release - Bug fixes?

Hostbill is too expensive. WHMCS is too unreliable. What's a provider to do? Seriously, why aren't more people looking in to alternatives? Surely there are some? If it were me, I'd roll my own. How hard can it be? Base login/user/admin system? Easy. Integration with SolusVM API? Easy. Ticket...
