I'd have to agree.  The only reason I'm even using Vultr is because of their Japan server location.  Unfortunately, it's not the best in terms of network, but it's enough to get by. If there was only an affordable provider in Japan that would accept paypal...

Yay. Totally worth it.  Also worth going into coffee drinking.   I enjoy coffee as you can tell.

SoftLayer has been expanding to new geographic locations for a while now.  Last time I talked to a rep from SoftLayer was at a conference and he was talking about how great their new Hong Kong Datacenter was for the Asian market.  Well it seems like they have another Asian location open now...

Never used them.   Is it a problem with your end or their monitoring end? Also the person who runs it could be on a trip or something.  After all, it is the holiday season.
