I typically use Paypal.  I don't think my card number was stolen from a VPS provider - more likely a coincidence that the thief who took it also was into VPSes.

Got a call from my bank today - one of my credit card numbers was apparently stolen and the thief ran up a bunch of charges, all of which my bank declined. Funny thing is that the thief apparently used it mostly to sign up for VPS services.  Not with any provider here or anyone I've ever used...

I use VNC so I can run some desktop apps on a VPS (chiefly Vuze and Firefox).  I'm running Debian and use vnc4server. Unfortunately, VNC is limited to an 8-character password.  And I sometimes login and find "too many security failures" which means someone has been knocking. I could setup...

He's a German Shepherd Dog.  I really don't care about AKC, papers, etc. but he is a true GSD. What you call a GSD is a subject of debate.  In German the word is Deutcheshaferhund (German Shepherd Dog).  Most GSD owners I know call them GSDs.  However, Wikipedia calls them "German Shepherds"...

My dog is content on about .4 acres...however, the back yard is fenced in and he goes to a dog park every morning and evening, with weekend hikes in a federal forest  :D   As long as he gets his daily burn, he's content.
