Well. The equipment is fairly beefy so you'd have to try pretty damn hard to max it. Even with everything we've sold, migrated to us, etc, we rarely see much past a 1 load.
With that being said, Single accounts would be suspended and then the reseller is informed. If it becomes a constant thing (read: You start selling to booters, spammers, etc, on purpose?) then you'll be given a copy of all the accounts as cpmove files and asked to leave.

I almost jump in the HvH bandwagon. Good thing I've done some research first and saw one thread here and it convinced me to not really consider them anymore aside from the other ones I've read. I then proceeded to look at what the offers section here could give to me much to my surprise you guys are here too, lol. I'm the one who asked a bit of a few questions in your thread in WHT but I'm now convinced on trying out your reseller offer I just have to think and get a domain now, lol.

It's been on tap for a while, we've just been making sure we have all of our bases covered over there.
There's a lot of things to take into consideration past the initial rack. There's longterm costs that
we want to make sure are in check and won't suddenly bite us.
We'll likely go into Romania since it's different than the standard NL AMS-IX hosts.

I dunno. We've not nailed much down on it. We have other things we need in place before we push into Europe.

In all seriousness though taking into account that the UK market isn't very attractive, Germany or France would make for ideal locations. Though if you're looking for niche markets, Ireland?
France has OVH so there'd be nothing I would be bringing to the table really. Germany is an OK choice.

Romania is what I've liked so far.
Luxembourg also interested me a lot but I couldn't find any decent colo companies over there. root.lu doesn't return emails at all.
